سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام قيمة الشراء بنجاح.
يتم توصيل الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط، وتختلف مدة التوصيل حسب شركة الشحن المختارة ومدينة العميل، وتتراوح عادة بين 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

تكلفة الشحن:
تختلف تكلفة الشحن حسب شركة الشحن المختارة وموقع العميل، وتبدأ من 18.7 ريال سعودي وقد تصل إلى 35 ريال سعودي.
يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن تلقائيًا وإظهارها للعميل بوضوح عند إتمام الطلب وقبل الدفع.
يتم اختيار شركة الشحن المناسبة تلقائيًا حسب عنوان ومدينة العميل.
لا نوفر خدمة الشحن خارج المملكة العربية السعودية حاليًا.
ملاحظات:
- أيام العمل لا تشمل يوم الجمعة أو العطلات الرسمية.
- في حال حدوث أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن، سيتم التواصل مع العميل مباشرة.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
Delivery is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. Delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping carrier and the customer’s city, and usually ranges between 1 to 4 business days.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs vary based on the selected carrier and the customer’s location. Fees start from SAR 18.7 and may reach up to SAR 35.
The shipping fee is calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
The most suitable shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the customer’s city and address.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Notes:
- Business days do not include Fridays or official public holidays.
- In case of any delay caused by the shipping carrier, the customer will be contacted directly.
