الشروط والأحكام

 1.للإستفادة من خدمات الإرجاع والاستبدال ونحوها يجب إحضار الفاتورة الأصلية.

2. أن يكون الصنف بنفس حالتة عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي و خالياً من أي خدوش.

3.. الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام والاستبدال خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

4.المشتريات المدفوعة بطرق غير نقدية كالبطاقات وخلافها لا يمكن ارجاعها نقداً.

5.المبالغ المدفوعة بإيصالات ، يجب على العميل احضار إصل إيصالات الدفع مع الفاتورة لكي يتمكن من إرجاع المبلغ.

6.الضمان إن وجد فهو ضمان الوكيل ، وخاص بالعيوب المصنعية وليس سوء التركيب او الاستخدام.ولا يشمل الزيوت او المشحمات او السوائل او القطع التي تبلى بطبيعتها بسبب الاستهلاك حسب نظام الوكيل.

7.المؤسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي عطل او خلل ناتج عن سوء استخدام البضاعة المشتراة او الصيانة الغير سلمية او اداء الإصلاح بواسطة اشخاص غير مختصين او في ورش غير مهيئة لعمل الصيانة.

8.يرجى فحص اي ادوات عند الاستلام والتحقق من سلامتها او الكسور او الخدوش وخلافها ويسعد موظفونا بخدمتك فالمؤسسة غير مسؤولة بعد استلامك القطع. كما أن الأدوات الكهربائية القابلة للفحص دون وجود المركبة ، يتم فحصها داخل المحل.

9.في حال توفير قطع غير مخزنة والتي تطلب من خارج الفرع ، يوافق العميل على خصم مبلغ من القيمة المدفوعة للإرجاع في حالة إلغاء الطلب بسببه ، لوجود مصاريف الشحن او النقل وخلافها.

10.اوافق على ماورد اعلاه.

1-To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.

2- Item is in original packing condition, without any damages or scratch.

3- Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of date of purchase

4- Item purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash.

5-Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depends solely on the service provider’s Return & Exchange policies, and it requires customer providing the payment slip alongside Invoice.

6-The Warranty if any, is the supplier warranty, and may not include the oils or liquids or any damages caused by misuse or wrong installation.

7-We are not responsible of any damage caused by misuse or result of improper service/repair performed by unprofessional or non-qualified workshops.

8-Please check your goods, our employees will be glad to serve you. After received we are not responsible for any damage founded Electrical parts which can checked without the vehicle, it’s checked inside the shop.

9-Non stocking items which need to be ordered ,in case of return or cancelation customer approve to deduct some amount for the shipping cost and transportation …etc.

10-I hereby, admit to accept all above terms.
